I can highly recommend the fishing off Kenosha from May thru September. For the last seventeen out of  eighteen years, Kenosha has had one of the highest fish catch rates on the lake. It is and has been the top producer of King & Coho Salmon and Rainbow Trout!  It also ranks among the highest on all other sport fish species. Kenosha offers a variety of fish through out the season that most ports do not and at a catch rate they cannot even come close to!!

  Unlike our northern neighbors, lucrative fishing starts early May with FANTASTIC Salmon action. Coho are the dominant catch, but some Chinook (Kings), Rainbows, Lakers and Browns are mixed in with them. Starting in June, these other species get really active and continue so thru September. The Rainbows are usually most prevalent in deeper waters, while Mature King Salmon and Brown Trout are most active starting in later June thru mid September. Spawning ( the largest adult ) Kings and Browns are best targeted in mid August through the first few weeks of September.
